How much do you charge for delivery?
We ship your goods to you free of charge, through normal postal services.  Our free shipping option takes 7-17 business days.

However we do offer a fast shipping option via Speedpost as per the charges below:

1)  Australia / Asia                  3-4 business days at US$ 25.00
2)  North America / Europe    3-4 business days at US$ 30.00
3)  Rest of the World              3-4 business days at US$ 40.00

How do I communicate with jac5?
The most effective way to communicate with us is by email using the contact us section of our web site, or email us at help@jac5.com. All enquiries are routed within 24 hours to the most appropriate person to answer your question.
How do I know my order is in progress?
Along your order journey, you will receive 2 emails from us:

-As soon as your purchase has been confirmed you will receive an email advising you that your order has been received.

-A second email (“your order has been shipped”) will be sent to you as soon as your items have been wrapped, packed and shipped.

Is my purchase a sales contract?
The final "approval click" constitutes an electronic signature between jac5 and yourself. Between the parties this electronic signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature so yes, your order is a sales contract.
Do I get an invoice?
You will be notified about the shipment of your order through an automatic email confirmation (“your order has been shipped”). This email acts both as a packing list and an official invoice. All necessary information is displayed, including individual item prices.
When does jac5 transfer ownership of the goods to me?
Goods belong to the customer once jac5 hands over your order to the postal system. As is industry-standard, product transportation is at the customer's risk, even if they are shipped or returned carriage free. Having said this, we always try our best to find solutions to help our customers when we face an issue such as a parcel that’s gone astray.
How are my items packed?
Internet orders are packed in the same way as we do in our retail concept store. Our premium packaging is a black, reuseable, zipper mesh pouch which features a silhouette of our five-legged logo. For an additional cost, our exclusive gift box is also available for purchase.
What if one of the products I have ordered is not available?
In the case of a product not being available you should be advised of this prior to your order being completed. Should this not happen, you will be informed by email.

Does jac5 have a Loyalty Program?
No, we do not yet have a customer loyalty program.  But it is coming soon!
What is your exchange policy ?
Unless there is a clear and obvious manufacturing fault, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
How can I return a product which is faulty?
Merchandise may not be returned without contacting us first, so please email us within 14 days of receipt of the goods at help@jac5.com. We’ll reply to you as soon as possible with instructions, and you will need to include a copy of the shipment confirmation/invoice you received by email (“your order has been shipped”). We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging. If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of your item has been returned to us. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, excluding shipping charges if applicable.
Is it safe to buy at www.jac5.com?
All credit card transactions on are processed through PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the jac5 site.
Do I get charged for VAT/Sales tax?
All orders shipped tax free and any duties payable are be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping bag at any time by clicking the “Remove Item” button next to the product you do not wish to purchase. Once you have clicked “Confirm Payment” the order is placed and cannot be cancelled.
Do I need to have an account with PayPal?

No, you don't need an account with Paypal - you can pay with any major credit card by simply signing in as a "guest" on the Paypal payment page.
